The Guardians of Lost Kingdom play a very important role. They are required to protect Lost Kingdom, Princess Lasahn, and Buya from harm. If wars are declared, then the Guardians are the ones who are called to defend the Kingdom. Their loyalties lie strongly with the Primogen of the Lost Kingdom and the Princess of Buya. Guardians are bound by strict rules. They must represent the virtue* that they are a part of, as well as the other six virtues. Guardians must always be prepared for troubled times. They live by a code that is stronger than any Lost Kingdom bylaw. The Guardian code is: We live by the code and we die for the code. During times of peace, the Guardians are in charge of hosting the clan hunts, called Virtue Hunts.** The Guardians are broken down into different sections: The Guardian General is the head of the Guardians. The job of the Guardian General is to ensure that there is an `Active` guardian for each Virtue branch and an assistant, The General has full control over the Guardians and is free to make any choice regarding them which can only be overruled by the Primogen. Each Virtue branch has its own Lead Guardian. The job of the Lead Guardian is to host their Virtue Hunt each week and ensure that their assistant is active in helping host his/her virtue hunts. The Guardian Assistant is to host Virtue Hunts in the absence of the Lead Guardian and to assist his/her Lead Guardian with any other duties they may need help with The Guardian Book keeper is in charge of keeping accurate and proper records of the Virtue hunt attendance and any other Guardian hosted events. *The Virtues are broken down into seven branches. Each one represents a different specific aspect of the Guardian Code. The seven Virtues are Bravery, Courtesy, Generosity, Honesty, Honor, Humility, and Wisdom. **Virtue Hunts are scheduled to be hosted once a day. Sometimes random Virtue Hunts are hosted by Council members or High-ranking Kindred. The purpose of Virtue Hunts is to gather Kindred together and to collect items for Lost Kingdom. Virtue Hunts are a wonderful way to meet and become friends with other Kindred, as well as gain rank in Lost Kingdom |
